That’s not bad. Use the right sized screw driver and not a powered driver/drill. If it gets worse, then you’ll have to drill it out and use a screw extractor set.
You know it’s lefty loosey righty righty yeah? These look like they are forced in the wrong direction. Assuming you know this they really don’t look bad. A better screwdriver would probably make short work if them. If not then get a hacksaw blade and cut a straight line across the middle to allow a flat head screwdriver to get it.
They look small enough to hacksaw under the head, in a few minutes.
Or you could spend slightly more time with superglue and a screwdriver you don’t like.
