How to open this tamper proof container?

Hello I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I have this tamper proof container which has a housing and a lid that is threaded in flush. I’ve tried putting two machine screws in the 2 holes and using them to turn the lid but the threads must be really seized because it won’t budge or I’m not able to get enough leverage, I’ve tried applying PB Blaster and Acetone and soaked for two days to no avail. The contents inside are very heat sensitive so I cannot apply heat to the threads. Any ideas highly appreciated.
