I do not have direct experience, but try a blotting paper or oil absorbing sheet. They are readily available for blotting skin oils or there are several DIY versions. Cover with the paper and a little weight for a couple days. Use several paper layers. Repeat until the paper stops picking up oil. As a final step, press the blotting paper with a warm iron.
Sprinkle cornstarch on it and leave it for a while to wick up some of the material if it’s still wet
Edit: upon further inspection, it looks like it the vape sludge also ate through the sealant. Be careful with whatever you use and then reseal it when you are done.
I don’t think you can clean out the oil. My MIL spilled olive oil on our new granite countertop when it was about a week old (we had New Venetian gold). Over time, the oil spread out so it wasn’t as bad. We were told the granite could not be sealed.
About 10 years later, I found out we could seal granite, but it needs to be sealed every year. By then, the entire area around the cooking area was darker. After about 15 years, we changed the countertop to quartz that doesn’t need any maintenance and stays looking new even with oil spills.
tldr; no way to fix it as far as I know. They do sell granite cleaner and sealer, but they don’t do anything for us with oils already soaked into the granite.
grind up some cheap kitty litter (diatomaceous earth) into a powder and put a pile of it over the stain. The dryness of the powder will start to draw out the oil. After about a week it should pull it out. If not do it again.
Nothing I have tried has worked. my kitchen counter got a stain waiting for the installers to return to seal it. My bathroon has a stain where the soap drips.
