They’re fine with all four

It means either set is OK in any form that’s appropriate for its place in the sentence.

Usually, it means they use both (sometimes with the caveat that the first pronoun is more preferred than the second).

recently watched avatar on netflix and after over 10 years i finally know how it ended and all as i couldnt watch all episodes as kid when it was aired on tv.

Usually they/him means both ok but they/them is preferred. If he preferred he/him he would write he/them,
If they didnt mind he/him they/them.
Though at that point Id just say any pronouns besides she tbh

I tend to simply not speak at all, turn 180°, and walk away from the confused abomination that was in front of me.

Jogging speed if hair is coloured, running speed if glasses with pink rim are worn, Captain America Ultimate skill speed if nasal piercing is involved with both former things combined.
