I’m hoping 2025 will be my year. Specifically, my year that i buy a house. I know the market is brutal, but I’m hoping to find a house at a decent price.

2023 was pretty good for me, definitely best out of the last 10 years. 2024 was a big letdown but not completely bad either and has ended more or less on a good note so here’s hoping 2025 delivers!
