It might actually make it worse because health care executives are probably going to beef up security which costs money and they’ll probably make the customers pay for it with higher premiums.

The action itself won’t fix the problem, but now everybody’s eyes are open to that problem.

Killing the heir of Austria didn’t solved the problems either, but somehow it started some minor events.
I don’t think anything big will happen, just pointing out that some small fire can ignite a big powder keg.

To fix the problem, government and insurance companies have to be taken out of the picture. When health care is between an individual and their choice of doctor take care of your health is when cost will be at it’s lowest.
Government mandates, government protection schemes for big pharma, insurance companies being about making money for their investors (vs care for patients), hospital consolidation under a few major names, etc. all leads to corporate/government greed – higher cost to individuals – less effective care of the sick

It is about the message it gives not the envelope itself. Now they know they are just humans that can be denied and deposed by other means if they push too far.
Similar feeling people have sickness and are desperate. In this case sickness was terminal body holes.

Yeah but this was about violence. Americans dont want healthcare they want to murder people. Every time they can spin murder as the more moral choice they start crowing like this.
Nobodys health insurance changed. Nobody is benefiting at all from this. So its gotta be the violence.

I mean, yes, but the point of that action wasn’t to make the company fall (like, you’d be stupid to genuinely think that) but rather to scare other CEOs into making the change.

It’s probably the best thing you can do for the planet, by cutting all those carbon emissions that one CEO would have produced.

I don’t condone violence, against anyone, for any reason.
But at any given time, there are multiple individuals in this country plotting some type of mass casualty event, knowing full well that they’re likely to be caught and sent to jail, or killed in the attempt. I just want to say: there’s LOTS of other CEOs out there.
