Yes. I’ve found my people. When I make cheesecake, I double the crust. The cake part is nice, but that buttery, crumbly, graham cracker crust? Absolutely delicious.
I love pie crust, too. I love that slightly soggy top layer that’s infused with the fruit filling, with a little bit of melted ice cream on it.
