I literally had a woman tell me, “Raw milk is fine! You just have to boil it first!” A while back.
Apparently, she had no idea what pasteurization actually is.

As a microbiologist, this shit makes me apoplectic.
Vaccinations and pasteurization have been SO successful at minimizing or eliminating infections and death that there are very few people alive who remember the before times when people died of tuberculosis in milk or polio outbreaks. It is going to take many outbreaks that cause a large loss of life and disabilities to break through the thick skulls of these troglodytes.

My money is on the idiots who are in favor of raw milk claiming the virus was implanted by big dairy to scare people from consuming raw milk.

Heres a hack to make raw milk safe for consumption at home. You will need to slow simmer milk in a pot up untill it reaches 165f. Once heated take off heat and let sit untill safe to drink then pour yourself a glass and enjoy.
