Just do what you enjoy. If you enjoy cardio more go for it if you enjoy strength building and hate cardio go for it and skip cardio. As long as you keep coming you’ll see you will enjoy it. You probably dread going to the gym more than actually being there. You got this 🙂 People will say don’t skip cardio!!! And yes to some extent it’s true but if you want to commit then skipping it for the first year is a fine option.

This is actually so true I want to go to the gym everyday and get buff but in reality I’m at home all day and don’t do it
