Hearing Kendrick say Drakes name and the whole stadium singing “a minoooooor” in sync made this Super Bowl worth it
IMO this performance is exactly what you should have expected.
He said they chose the wrong guy if you just wanted to be please the masses.
Lamar did so much better by himself than having a ton of random performers join in. He blended from one song to the next so seamlessly it felt like one continuous one. So good.
My trashy MAGA in-laws are VERY upset about Kendrick…

I’m 51 friend, and while I know Kendrick as a performer, I have to compare this to the Michael Jackson Superbowl performance. It was both technically flawless and musically perfect.
Me neither and I’m not a fan of SLJ but the black power fist made me happy. Happy Black History Month, everyone!
