Then, new class action to get the loans forgiven as they should’ve been.
Student loans will (if democracy continues) to be a talking point to sway votes. Or until a private company gets mine and I declare bankruptcy. I legitimately do not care about my loans- if they wanted me to care, I’d live in a world where I could work a stable job in a stable economy.
While I doubt there will ever be a fair election again in the US, if the democrats win, I hope they’re keeping notes on how to get things done.

Separation of powers tells us there’s powers of the President, powers of the Courts and powers of the Legislature.
The President can’t spend money or forgive loans. That’s why it was blocked. The Court can’t block EO’s for things that are Constitutionally given to the President.
Judges can only block EOs issued by a Democrat of course

Because executive orders only cover the executive branch. The orders must be constitutional. Reference your student loans there is money that must be paid. That’s congress’ job. In the case of this one the judiciary is a separate branch of government so has no say on what the executive does provided it’s legal and constitutional. … not that it makes you angry.
