Thats how I did most of my chemistry tests: for some reason I knew the result and then had to work my way back to the question.
True story: In college we had to take a test at the start of our algebra class just so that the teacher could gauge our level of knowledge at the beginning of each semester. Somehow, I accidentally did well enough for him to advise me to jump ahead to the next level class. I did so and completely failed the semester. Lol
