A small convection oven is handy to have, sure. Especially if your large oven doesn’t have convection. But to treat it like a necessity or a game-changer is just ignorant.
They’re loved by people who otherwise would hardly cook at all and now they feel like Anthony Bourdain when they dump frozen curly fries in a bucket and press a button. GTFOH
