If people didn’t accept Twitter it wouldn’t exist, having people not using Twitter is a response which is an important message on it’s own, but further on it could start the standard that Twitter is not a serious site, potentially having activity moving away from it and into other sites, so it actually does matter a lot.
If people don’t use Twitter because they don’t like Elon that obviously matters
