Is It Really That Bad??

It is so bad that it killed the franchise

Gameplay is just weak, nothing interesting. I dislike the story but wouldn’t care so much if it was fun to play

Like others have said the writing is god awful but there were some moments I did enjoy.

I liked bellara and her romance (I wish there was more)

The gameplay was decent, I liked the action combat but wish they went harder, more combos and stuff.

The world needed more
It didn’t feel right, It felt like I was just hopping from level to level without much care.

The choices were pointless tbh and needed more consequences

I didn’t find Tash nearly as bad as everyone else did but there were moments that were a bit too much where they just lay it on thick.

I got 100% in this game too

For Dragon Age fans: 4/10.

I’d give it a 6/10. It’s not as bad as the Internet says. The writing is god awful, no-one disputed that, and the combat is very basic. But overall it’s mediocre, not horrific.

It’s okay. The story is really lackluster, which is sad because the writing used to be very good. I was obsessed with Dragon Age, Veilguard is boring.

Yes, it’s very bad unfortunately. I loved the Dragon Age series. I HOPE that the shakeup at their company changes things and puts them back to where they were. I’ll give the next game a shot just because I love the franchise, but only one more shot.

Friend said it’s just average; he liked the combat. Due to social media rage farming for likes and pay it got targeted heavily both for being ahem “woke” for completely open character customization and from being BioWare which hasn’t had a win in over a decade.

We also live in a world where even an 8/10 score average can be considered a failure.

I 100% it and everything except the writing is passable. It is very railroady compared to previous games. The ending is pretty cool tho.
