Yeah I was thinking the same thing. The bosses wife shamed him like she wouldn’t be applauding all of the money he was making. And his change of heart once he saw the people his decisions were affecting? Yeah, right. No CEO would have the self awareness to change their mind.

Most unrealistic part of the movie is when the CEO seems to realize his employees are people rather than just cogs in the machine.
Cousin Eddie doing what HR never could, and the police chasing Luigi like he owes them rent . I am just guessing they are really want to end this topic and pointing it to Luigi to finish the problem without proof that he is na real suspect
