Only add another massive stone popping up every 60 seconds, with nothing more than a tiny X in the corner (that never seems to work) to make it go away.
Freemium just makes me not even want to bother with it…

It’s oddly more rewarding tho knowing you didn’t give them any money.

Playing Warpath. Thereās idiots who have spent high 6 figures.
The way to get around spending so much is get a VPN make and make your ip from a bottom tier country. (Google and apple have 3 different price scales based on that countries GDP are). Get the play store from that country. Then get play store gift cards or have access to a credit card from that country and you can use that rate to buy stuff. Warpath for example the cheapest pack I can buy is 1.99$ cad. In the Vietnamese game store it would be like .19$cad.

The funnz thing is that you are talking about most F2p games. “Premium” games as they are called mostly are much better in design (and often just PC ports)
Slay the spire
Titan Quest
Dead Cells
Balatro
Baldurs Gate
Neverwinter Night
Final Fantasy
And my personal favorite: Exiled Kingdoms
