I’m confused. Did someone steal ~2/3 of a hollow bear statue?
So sad–he’s just a shell of his former self.

I’m not in favour of defacing statues, but this seems to be only there to prevent people from using the bench to lie down, and would take a sitting spot away also, so it seems stupid to me
