* half of a white cauliflower (this makes 2 servings)
* 60-70g of Arborio/Carnaroli/Roma rice per serving
* one teaspon each of dry thyme and dry chives
* 100g (per serving) of canned meckerel or any other canned fish
* 20g of grated parmiggiano reggiano (per serving)
* the juice and the zest of half a lemon
