I’ve recently been promoted to a management role. I’ve been trying to not fall into this. When there’s a failure, it’s my fault. When things go well, I can’t take any credit because I’m not the one actually doing it. At least I try to keep that mentality
Privatize profits, socialize risks. That’s capitalism the way we have it now.
“But the workers will be out of their job if you don’t bail us out!”
Ok, let’s spend the money on getting the workers a new job instead of bailing out the corp then.

Success has many parents, failure is an orphan.
Just like stock market, gambling or crypto market. You gain money, you give percent to government. You lose money, government doesn’t care. Lol money goes to politician’s pocket, never goes back to the community.
