Penalizing negativity would alienate the core userbase of Musk’s platform: bigots.
I don’t believe anything like this will ever happen, unless they define racism, transphobia, homophobia, and all the other forms of bigotry as neutral. But then what are they gonna count as negativity? Leftism? Progressive values? Trump hate?

Honestly? I think he’s losing it.
