The lobsters are unfortunately just as doomed as everyone else for the following reasons:
Adult lobsters do not swim. They wiggle their tail and cruise along the ocean floor. They generally don’t travel more than a few miles, and the furthest any known lobster has traveled is just over 200 miles. Source: [http://www.parl.ns.ca/lobster/faq.htm](http://www.parl.ns.ca/lobster/faq.htm)
1. The Titanic was roughly 400 miles from any land when it sank. Source: [http://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/titanic-sinks](http://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/titanic-sinks)
2. Question: Can a lobster survive at the depth to which the Titanic sank (roughly 2.1 miles)? It seems to me that the lobsters would sink too quickly and would be crushed under the intense pressure.
I would bet that no lobsters actually survived the sinking of the Titanic, and even if they did, their claws would have still been bound. They need their claws to catch prey, so they likely would have starved to death.
The crushing pressure: Ḣ̵̡̢̡̢̛̫͕̠̥̤̣͊̃́̎̐́͛͜a̶̛͔͍͙̤̿̾͊̋͌̂͑͑̐͠ḧ̷̨̠̙̖͖̝̜̟͍͓̭͎̀̔͘͜͠͝ͅá̷̖͖̗͈̳̗̭̝̝͇̗̮͛̋͘͘h̶̨̠͚͓̪͈̮̪͎̣̱̲̀̈́ͅa̸͓̾̃̎̂h̶̨̥͕̝̖̖̤̳̘̭̺̪̤̘̠͑̈́͑͗̒̔ͅá̵̡̟̳͙͕͕̻̔̈́̊̈́̓̐̒̂͒̆͂̀̊̈́͠͠

Nothing like a garbage meme with a joke premise paired with a poorly photo shopped picture to get the “well actuallys” to rocket you to the front page. Never change reddit.

The lobsters are doomed, anyway. They live in coastal areas, there’s nothing for them to eat in the middle of the ocean.
That lobster is so cooked it’s getting pardoned next month
You can also kill the lobsters by dipping them in ice water, if there where some on board, they also got fked
There’s a book that starts like this, “Lobster” by Guillaume Lecasble
JD Vance is a funny lobster lol
This is a documentary about how the Titanic really sank

This is the premise of a very cool music video for Dua Lipa’s “We’re Good.” https://youtu.be/jr47YisIsz8?si=XCbMSYHrnMVL_u1g
The lobsters froze just like Jack did.
Thst is a photo of a cooked lobster.
See how Jordan Peterson would tell you about it.
