Not eating bugs… but make them wet, toss some butter on them, and now we’re talking shrimp and lobster!

Or eat both? It’s more of a cultural thing. Crickets and mealworms are already fairly common foods in other places. I recently had Halloween inspired ice cream chocolate covered crickets and maple covered mealworms.
From an environmental standpoint, insects are incredibly efficient from a grams of protein vs water consumption ratio. So that’s a nice positive
