It’s almost funny that companies do this, then some year or two later their latest releases don’t get the usership they’re hoping for, and they wonder why they aren’t getting the sales. They refuse to connect the dots.

80 bucks for 1 character 7 years ago? I know we have it bad with micro transactions in games now but that’s absolutely insane.

The worst thing is BF2 is actually a fun, amazing looking game that really captures the feeling of being a part of the star wars universe. Unfortunately it was ruined by the credit system EA put in there.

I still remember that someone did the math on how long to grind and get Vader for free and that with the number of hours, you could become a licensed commercial pilot and earn a paycheck doing it before you could get it for free.
Mind boggling.
