I went to one of his stand up shows before he became “big” or was even an actor. He was so funny, I left with my head hurting from all of the laughing. His jokes were original and he put all of his time into his standup. When comedians become big, usually they lose a lot of what made them funny in the first place. They just become a generic money making machine.
Does this sub do anything other than make threads saying that Kevin Hart/The Rock/Gal Gadot and other mostly disliked actors are overrated?

Probably gonna get downvoted but Kevin Hart actually makes me laugh. Not so much his stand up but his acting, he just kind of hits the funny bone

Her stand up was never funny but she parlayed a lame sitcom and gay rights into a talk show that made her a lot of money (and allegedly a vehicle to be mean to people).
I think hes a funny commedian. As for actor he’s kinda mid but I dont think anyone watches him thinking he’s gonna be great
Kevin Hart would be an anonymous comedian if he were 5 inches taller.
Early Kevin with the standup was legit funny, still hungry. Then he hit it big and then flatlined and was the same person in every film. Success will do that some folks. Side note: dude has been hella quiet since Diddy got locked up.
