Lift weights, stop drinking

Almost always caused by lack of muscle mass, go to the gym

The consensus seems to be that I should hit the gym. I know I should but I lost motivation a few weeks after I started going. Thatโ€™s happened 3 times. Iโ€™ll go again.

Keep going and cross train so all muscle groups get worked.

Tips? Alright, don’t look down ๐Ÿ˜ƒ never again
