Lol whenever I call the tax department and they say this or disconnect me , I ring back saying I owe them money, goes through in 5 minutes to a real person, then I tell them what I actually called for ,

Works everytime,

One lady threatened to just hang up on me and that I shouldn’t have lied , I told them after an 2 hours of waiting on hold just to be disconnected is BS , I then told her I’d just keep ringing and lying until I get put through, she threatened to block my number , I said you do that I’ll go to my neighbours use there landline and lay a complaint, she said that won’t work, I said you gave me your name and all your calls are recorded, it’ll definitely work , so shall we try this again or would you like me to call back ,

well if their normal Call Volume is 0 then 1 is above normal

My job plays that automated message whenever I call but I know for a fact it’s just because nobody is at the phone

Hey i pressed 1 for english! In Canada if you press two for French you’ll at least get a Canadian. He’ll be a rude snooty Frenchman but at least you can kind of understand him instead of a call centre in India

I was on the phone with Rogers the other day for over 2 hours just to report a payment.

Also, “Please listen carefully, as our menu options have changed.”

It really means they don’t want your money and you should go elsewhere. If possible.
