You misunderstand, it’s not that is haunted. It’s not wanting to get fucked on the loan.

Usually “haunted” also means disrepair which can invite even more costs on top of health risks, i.e. mold, rotten wood leading to structural collapse, exposed wiring leading to fire hazards, etc. The most dangerous thing about a haunted house is the house itself.

I mean, how haunted are we talking here. Is this house going to drive me to murder haunted? Ghosts that physically hurt me haunted or just they’re gonna flip off the lights occasionally haunted.
My sister claimed for years our house was haunted. She called the ghost Steve. He was cool just kind of hung out. I never saw him. Apparently years later she found out a guy name Steve actually died in hey room.
Anyway my parents eventually move out and sold the place. My sister ran into the lady living there at the bar across the street and said the ghost was just messing with her, turning off lights etc. She said she hung out at the bar because the ghost creeped her out.
She was apparently calling the ghost by another name. My sister told her “that’s just Steve. He’s cool. Tell him I say hi”
Lady goes home tells the ghost she knows he’s Steve, my sister says hi, and she sorry for getting his name wrong etc and he pretty much left her alone after that.

Unironically considered a house built on an old Indian burial ground, which was a required disclosure. Unfortunately, that land had also been used to grow hopps and the ground was unstable. No thanks

As a religious man I see buying a haunted house as an absolute win.

I live in Nevada where you don’t have to disclose any deaths in the house you’re selling

In this economy, I’l fight them ghosts for a house. If they want to be spooky, they better pay their share of the rent. I’ll haunt them right back.
