2016 Best Year Of All Time
That coincided with millennials discovering that the promise of their parents and grandparents to go to college and get a degree to fetch a good job was a lie. It was not a wonderful time for anyone that age at all.
Haven’t heard many people dislike 2016, that was the peak for me
What’s sad is, it’s all been down hill since 2001. 2008 was a huge financial collapse that crushed working age people for about 3 years, most of us have yet to recover. I would say maybe 11-16 was a more accurate peak for younger people but sadly the west is nowhere near the prosperity of pre 2001
