If you paid with a credit card just charge it back . Don’t mess with shady companies

What type of store and how did you pay? One time I ordered from an online store and had a pretty big order of work clothes. When the box came it had me single coat, very warm, in a size 3x. I contacted the company via phone and email. They pretty much said I got what I paid for. I contacted my bank and they were able to return my money with a charge back. Eventually another package showed up with work shirts in the wrong color. No idea why! My husband gave the jacket to someone he worked With.

Just call your bank instead. Have them do a charge back.

This reminds me of when I ordered three dress shirts in three different colors, red, white, and black, from Sears. I got the black dress shirt, but in place of the others I was sent a blue shirt and a comforter set for a bed. I was dumbfounded.
Maybe talk to the neighbour? I wonder if they got a microwave in satisfaction of their order of a gaming chair.

lol just charge it back. You paid for an item you did not receive. Don’t even bother with the company. Tell the bank and it should be no issue to get your money back. I’ve done this anytime I didn’t get what I paid for. I’ll ask the company in question to fix it, if they give me the run around or some bullshit reply, I just charge back and never think about it again lol.
A good gaming chair is something worth hanging on to.
Spin fast enough it will work. Just may take a long time.
Sell the chair buy a microwave at a store
Buy a new microwave, sell the chair… Gaming chairs are typically way more expensive than a microwave. 😀
Call back and tell them you’re not asking, you paid for a product and they failed to give you what you paid for, if it doesn’t get fixed you have grounds for a lawsuit.
You don’t actually have to follow through on that, but many companies train their workers to misdirect as much as possible in hopes of the customer giving up, and pushing back will make them take it seriously.
Do a charge back. You didn’t get the item you ordered and you tried to rectify the situation.

Who did you order it from. So other people don’t make the same mistake.
Give customer service a reasonable chance to give you a refund or the microwave. And if they don’t call your bank/credit card company and dispute the charge.
Getting the chair back is the merchant’s problem, you should only have to minimally accommodate that.

I had this happen! A little different because I had ordered a makeup vanity and instead they sent us a bookcase. They wouldn’t let us return it so we tried to make the best out of it and set up the bookcase to use for our TV in one of the rooms in our house. It is the most unstable bookcase I have ever seen in my life lol. It came in 2 pieces that don’t connect they just kind of sit on eachother and they wobble so much. We bought a bigger TV for the room and we are to scared to put it on the bookcase so now we are getting rid of it… at least we got a little bit of use out of it! Lmao
I’d just file a fraudulent charge with your credit card company. Usually works for me in these situations

I don’t know prices in your country, but i would sell the chair online and get a new microwave and some extra money from it.
Ordered new regular one person sofa type chairs (2). Got two kinda cheap but working massage chairs via overstock or Wayfair.
They said to hold on to them for now, they’ll send the correct items.
They never asked for them back, so I got two massage chairs.
2nd shipment arrives and SAME THING!
So I gave the next two massage chairs away. They didn’t have any of the one I ordered.
Eventually find then on Amazon. SAME THING! I refused this delivery because I was actually home and didn’t want more massage chairs.
A year later, I finally got the chairs I wanted.
We ordered a grill and got a hundred pounds of weights once lol
They gave us the money back as soon as the delivery guy picked it up tho
My aunt’s husband ordered two electric scooters for his kids, but he received one scooter and a random table, so he asked to resent another scooter.
Instead of sending just one scooter back, they sent *two* electric scooters.
I must say that it was pretty cool to get a free electric scooter for Christmas

On Amazon I ordered Dino sour candy. A big bag. I got a bottle of castor oil instead. They said I could keep it. Geee… thanks. Lol

had a third party in some foreign country do that to me with a desk on amazon. ordered a desk that was 22inches high, said so in the photo. it’s 27inches, i specifically looked for 22 inches.
amazon gave it to me for free, but amazon themselves a week later sent me an angry email about it

Can you not just spin in the chair to generate heat and warm your food? Microwaves and computer chairs are practically the same thing.
