They really gonna make a legit martyr out of this guy and think that’s going to help *stop* people feeling he was right?

Imagine if Biden pardoned him before he left office.

For people who have more money than God, they sure are easy to frighten. I guess the idea of the Plebes rising up isn’t as amusing when it becomes less and less hypothetical. Makes you wonder…

So far as i remember, the Aurora, Parkland, and El Paso shooters were all *eligible* for the death penalty.
Let’s see what this guy ends up with.

Martyr. They’re working hard to make a martyr out of him. Yes, they’re that stupid.

“Killing is wrong so therfore he should get the death penalty”

I guess they really want to turn Luigi into a martyr.

People are breaking their backs the cracks are so big.

love the reaching they’re going through to charge him with a federal crime. random dude shot a random dude on a public sidewalk in NYC. that’s a state crime, running to another state doesn’t mean the feds jump on the murder itself.

Oh well let them cry in their Ferraris

You guys should really take a page from the French

You know, “tremble tyrants” and all that jazz

Can’t wait to see who’s got next

Aurora shooter: Prosecutors charged the shooter with capital crimes, the [jury sentenced him to life without parole](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Holmes_(mass_murderer))

Parkland shooter: Prosecutors charged the shooter with capital crimes, the [jury sentenced him to life without parole](https://deathpenaltyinfo.org/non-unanimous-florida-jury-sentences-nikolas-cruz-to-life-without-parole-for-parkland-school-shootings)

El Paso Walmart shooter: Shooter pled guilty to [90 consecutive life sentences](https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/texas-man-sentenced-90-consecutive-life-sentences-2019-mass-shooting-walmart-el-paso-texas), the Biden administration [did not seek the death penalty in new cases](https://www.texastribune.org/2023/01/17/el-paso-walmart-shooting-federal-death-penalty/), and recently commuted almost all of federal death row.

Everyone is already acting like he’s even proven to be THE GUY, and the question is just punishment

His arrest is so fucking suspicious (he was literally the first and only apprehended suspect) it physically hurts, I honestly don’t even believe it’s him

All of this is smelling real fishy to me

Yeah does NY have a death penalty? Or would these be federal? I assume the later. Maybe we shouldelect people who don’t want the death penalty?

Well *obviously* the oligarchy thinks that killing one CEO is a worse crime than killing a two dozen *peasants.*

We need to wake up. A complacent society is an obedient society

They’re just going to make him a martyr. It doesn’t stop with one

More examples will be made out of them in return.

pitchforks (no emoji) at dawn !

Okay that’s a bit extreme to give him the death penalty over one guy.

And half of the country just handed the presidency to one… not Trump, but Musk.

No death penalty…yet.

This is important.

The maximum penalty is not the actual penalty. Two of the three people mentioned were eligible for the death penalty, the El Paso one may still get it (it’s still in court), and Colorado doesn’t have a death penalty. The Parkland shooter had the jury decline to give the death penalty.

It’s not clear that they will even seek the death penalty.

Even if he gets the death penalty, he will be in jail for at least 30 years.
