I’ll never understand what dark magic they employ to do this
I just don’t peel, and the skin tastes nice as well anyway. Only if the potatoes are not properly washed, or very few edge cases, do I ever peel them.
My Grandma seemed to have made potatoes bigger after she peeled them, while mine shrunk to little tears.
