How can I remove these?
A degreaser will restore that plate. Spray it with oven cleaner & while wearing gloves smear it all around. Then put the plate in a plastic bag so the oven cleaner won’t dry. After about an hour (maybe less time if it’s not too baked-on) remove the plate & wash with dish soap & an abrasive sponge or a steel wool scrubby. It should come out like new.
I use scotch brite (green version) and a little elbow grease. comes right off, and it’s easiest if you do it daily instead of letting it build up.
