Haha, at my last job a younger girl was hired for the summer, and they eventually offered her a contract. She was super hyped about it but the whole team told her it wasn’t a good idea. She didn’t care, she was happy about her first long term job. Day 2 of that contract, she never came. And never again did she show up.
You know how bosses act all sweet and nice until you’re locked into a contract with them? They did that to her. I guess she instantly understood why we told her she shouldn’t sign it, it was really a shit job with a shitty management team
