Had the same thought, after the 4th or 5th scene transition I was laughing my ass off. Ekko chilling in the happiest timeline whilst Jayce is chewing on raw lizard and getting pelted in the face by apocalyptic hurricaines.

Posted that in the discussion thread already, but midway through the episode I convinced myself that they’re in the same universe but Jayce is in the future, which Ekko and Heimer somehow brought to that world. I’m still not entirely unconvinced.
