Mostly that one is a necessary part of life, and without being able to do stuff as simple as going down the stairs to get your mail, or driving yourself to work, and being dependent on another person’s help can lead to a person feeling less independent, more like a burden, and less of a person.
The other is just not having sex. Oh no. Monks do that shit their entire lives, you can handle a few months without it.
