Every dem presidency had a fall guy, some senator that “refuses to support….” And we all hate that person for a couple years and they get to run on the same issue again. It’s disgusting. They had power to codify roe (Biden) and reform health care, foreign military affairs, and prevent monopolies (all three being Obama) and didn’t do it. But don’t worry they all run on it.

All these dem comments miss the main point of why she wasn’t elected. Bernie won the popular vote for the nomination but the party chose to go with Clinton because it was “her time” even though Bernie was clear in the polls to defeat Trump in the election.

Everyone knew at the time that whoever won would get to pick 2-3 justices. Everyone knew that because of congressional deadlock the supreme court is the only way to change anything in this godforsaken country. Literally every dem aligned pundit and politician was making this argument in 2016.

Democrats and people who identify as a part of the party are as much the problem in the US as republicans are. Making an active choice to not prevent a problem you’ve identified makes you responsible for the problem.

I have voted for every Democrat candidate in every election since I could vote. Bernie would have beaten Trump had he been the nominee. He had passionate ideological support which Hillary did not and that is why the turnout for Hillary in 2016 and Biden this year was not enough.
