When I was a student, i was looking for a cashier type of jobs that i could do on weekends etc. The job was super easy so i applied and was pretty stunned to learn that first you had to do was pass the phone interview, then i would be called to a group interview, then face to face interview. All that for cashiers job that required minimun 10 h week workhours. Seemed a bit unnecessary.
Went to 4 interviews for them to be sorry and wish me luck on my future
