Something to think about.

I’ve been there. Two restaurants I was a chef at. Both wildly popular, great reviews, line out the door. They wanted to go in a new direction. “Let go for nothing egregious on their part, just a desire to go in a different direction.”

Filed for unemployment, and they fought it citing “subpar performance.”” The dumbfucks gave me the original term letter and they never made a copy. Lawyered up and they dropped the appeal. People really suck sometimes.

I’ve seen it happen more than once.
