Spongebob, we need to talk.

God I still remember watching Korra as it came out, ripping the air out of an old woman’s lungs and suffocating her with it on live TV half an hour after the newest Spongebob episode is still the most metal thing I can think of in modern animation.

For all the issues S2 of Korra had in the back half, S3 was wicked.

I think like someone actually getting shot or burned or whatever they are a lot harder on. A scene like this is not really really dying if that makes sense. I think that’s why they allowed it.
