Judge- oh I’m sorry your entire claim is you are not a citizen of this country and laws don’t apply to you. You aren’t a citizen of any other country either. The court will agree to your request and has determined you have no rights. Off to Guantanamo you go! Due process? No I’m sorry you just argued successfully to forfeit all your rights as a citizen. It doesnt matter what your supposed nationality is, you still need to obey the laws of the country you are in.
I cant fly to Poland, commit a murder and then claim “Well you cant arrest me, im not a Polish citizen”.
