Feedback forms are traps, don’t fill them if not required & if you are asked to then You can’t give a genuine feedback that might backfire on you like this.

Ah fuck. I recently found out about the Yes Madam service and that apparently it’s better for both the beauticians and the customers in comparison to Urban Company. I was planning on using their service, but I am not comfortable giving my business to a company with such shitty values.

The company is called “Yes madam” which makes it look even funnier.

To expect dissidence will be tolerated at a company named “yes madam” is a fantasy 😄 .

On the other hand, perhaps this is the best thing that happened to those that reported high stress levels. For those who didn’t, perhaps next round is on them 🤔.

Also, this is no scam. I checked the sender of the mail on LinkedIn and she is HR head in Yes Madam. #SayNOtoYesMadam

Dont ever trust a HR when they say something is confidential/ they are just collecting data . They are only there to ensure that the company runs smoothly.

This is real, it seems. Actual employees who have been fired are sharing their experience on linkedin. Like wow. They thought this would be a good way to get rid of stress, literally. Can’t believe how companies can be so daft. Ugh.

Why aren’t such surveys anonymous? Isn’t that the whole point of a survey? To know the general wellbeing of the employees?

HRs are supposed to be empathetic, and an unfortunate truth in India is that most HRs just dance around the Hiring Manager / Business Unit heads and their decisions.

A true HR would have blocked such requests from the management, and never let something like this happen.

Indian companies need better HRs.
