I was in foster care, suffered 2 failed adoptions, and eventually aged out of foster care.
The church ladies would come to the emergency shelters with all this good smelling food but wouldn’t let you eat any of it if you didn’t participate in Bible study first. Why gatekeep food from abused/neglected children? Is this what your god wants? You either were forced to listen to bullshit religious rhetoric to get food or you were sent to your room without dinner.
The kids would be safer in a drag bar, there’s a reason they have to call priests “father”, because hearing them say “daddy” would arouse them too much.

Church is the most dangerous place for children. Have you seen that amount of sexual assault that happens to children in religious places? Drag shows are statistically much safer but most drag shows are after children are in bed so Boebert is just showing her inability to comprehend more than one thing at a time.

Your kids are more likely to see a wang and get molested at a church than a drag bar. Especially if it’s a conservative church. Also conservative states have higher rates of incest, sexual assault, and child molestation.
