Better working conditions and pay for staff = employer paying staff instead of customers paying staff and employer

I treat everyone equal and don’t tip.

No tip. I pay for food. Service is complimentary.

A lot of the time the tip does not even go to the server so there are people getting screwed all around. Except the owner.

There is not enough silverware on the table in the second pic for them to possibly have a $400 bottle( also his pants are dirty )

I never tip on tax or liquor.

This is what qualifies as a meme now? Jayzus christ

Laugh is European

What tip?

A proper table-side wine presentation by a talented in-house Sommelier is completely worth it.

Done right, it’s like a perfect tea ceremony, but with top flight wine.

So now itโ€™s 25%? I donโ€™t eat out because I donโ€™t tip. Pay your staff decent wages and Iโ€™ll come back.

Or just don’t tip at all.

Better service = better tip.
