Certainly beats out some places that require a 4 year degree for a cashier position at a grocery store.
As it should be , blue collared jobs should be accessible to all for equal opportunities to ensure an economy that works for everyone. By making these opportunities more inclusive, we’re not only addressing immediate labor needs but also investing in the future of our workforce.

They lost me at the love for people. Nothing will make you hate humanity as will the contact with the general public.
Unfortunately this isn’t the case for majority of companies in the Philippines and Lola NENA’s (this company) is an outlier. THAT being said, the Lola NENA’s I’ve been in have the best customer service, their staff and crew are super nice and would get out of their way to make your stay comfortable.
When you know what Filipino minimum wage retail jobs adverts are usually like this is a shock.
