Yep. I had some suicidal thoughts lately but at therapy Monday I just said I had thoughts of I dont wanna live but I don’t wanna die. I didn’t want to go to the psych ward at Christmas.
Therapist: “Trust me you’re safe here” Me: ends up in the soft room
I feel that. I use “there’s some passive ideation happening, nothing active. Like I wouldn’t jump in front of a car but I might forget to look both ways”. Seems to keep me off the psychologists “naughty list”.
All of u are doing therapy wrong and wonder y shit doesn’t get better
