It’s important to distinguish the fact that not all achievements are inherently good things. So even if this is true (and with how many executive orders and how much the GOP is falling in line with him it may be true), that isn’t necessarily a good thing for America or the world.
For example, yes Trump successfully achieved his goal of letting 2.2 billion gallons of water flow from the California reservoirs. However, that did nothing but waste 2.2 billion gallons of water that farmers will need in the dry season.
