Sounds like we should be making anonymous reports claiming we know who the shooter is and giving them names of missing persons that weren’t worth as much to look for

Studying how riots form, the critical point is when the first person in a gathering picks up a brick and chucks it through a store window, or tosses a bottle at a cop. That one single event gives tacit approval to others to emulate this first person’s action – and that’s when the riot really starts.
Not saying this one single shooting is the brick, but going by all the media coverage – which is normally bought and paid for by billionaires – almost every single person interviewed is solidly on one side of this, that health insurance companies are actively evil.
I was reading the Yahoo news feed earlier, and the stories people were relating about how insurance companies screwed them over in so many ways, at the absolutely worst times of their lives… uff. One lady was in the hospital for a procedure, and her husband’s company switched over to UHC at midnight of the day she was admitted. They rejected her insurance claims, as they were all related to pre-existing conditions before she was covered. And so many more accounts…
I don’t know if I’m ready to throw a brick, but if I see someone running down our sidewalk around a protest, I’m inclined to open the door and motion them inside.

No one is witch-hunting America’s hero. That 10k the police are offering for info is like the 30 pieces of silver Judas took . If anyone takes that money, they better hope they don’t get doxed

They go after this guy (a hero in my view) when the incoming Crook in Chief skipped 3 trials, was convicted in one and was spared jail because he is now POTUS. FUCK THIS FUCKING SYSTEM.

The United Healthcare CEO who was shot in midtown Manhattan is just another guy. He isn’t a hero. His death should be treated like any other person who is shot to death by someone with a gun. The media and the police don’t go ballastic over anyone else, why do it for this guy? He is no more/no less deserving than anyone else. Having a big well compensated job doesn’t make you more deserving of justice. All victims of gun violence have families. If this had happened to a kid in school, it will be just another day on the news.

Go look at the Atlanta Olympic bombings. Similar thing happened. Basically security guard reported it and saved lives because of it but because if quick unvetted reporting he was widely accused of doing it himself. Then even after the real story came out many still thought he was the one who did it because they never followed up

Instead of hunting down the gunman, we could reallocate the investigation money to figure out why United Health Care denies such a high percentage of claims, effectively killing patients who trusted UHC to help them. Many more lives have been lost due to unrestrained greed than to one guy’s bullets.
People payed in to UHC for years, but when it was time for UHC to hold up their end of the agreements, they denied claims and played the waiting game while watching their customers die. Where is law enforcement’s concern and justice for UHC’s victims?

There’s hundreds of drive by shootings a day in the US. Police don’t give a fuck unless the victim is wealthy.
