I beg to differ. These 2 pale in comparison to Merrick Garland. There will never in the history of the United States be a more useless piece of shit than Merrick Garland.

This is hilarious in the most unfunny way. Americans voted for trump again and filled the house and senate with republicans and people are upset at the democrats for what is happening. This is some first class brainwashing here.
These men have both done their jobs, lived reasonably moral lives, and have stood up to trump many times. They aren’t perfect, but they have certainly contributed more to society than the geniuses posting this shit.

Last time I heard, Hakeem Jeffrey’s isn’t the House Speaker. Last time I heard, the Democrats don’t have the majority vote in both chambers of Congress. Last time I heard, the Democrats have little to no power in all three branches of government.

I have really liked Hakeem Jeffries in all of this he has been staying very calm and composed and has given some good speeches.

Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries literally cannot do anything within their legal boundaries being the minority party. At best what they can do is slow down Congressional votes that have been happening along party lines already or possibly convince 2 or 3 moderate Republican Senators to jump the aisle, but that’s really it. Has their messaging also been on the weaker side? Yes. They’re pulling punches when they should not be.
Right now our best defense against the Trump administration is people protesting and disrupting things and the lower courts stacked with Democrat judges currently putting in work ruling against the current administration (and slowly chipping away at it). Until the House and/or Senate is flipped majorities, nothing can be done legally to slow things down much. Fortunately this April, the House has a slim chance to change hands early.
What would you like them to do? Be specific.
I’m sorry but we, the voters, did this. They can’t really do anything. Yes, they’re not inspiring. But they don’t have any power to do anything. The best strategy for them right now is to let this administration self destruct. And that is pretty much a certainty.
Instead of blaming these guys, you should blame the useless bootlicking Republicans in Congress. They should not be confirming these idiots like RFK Jr., Tulsard, Hegseth, etc, but they have no balls to stand up to the Orange Doughboy.
