That’s a huge red flag that your employer doesn’t know how to operate effectively. You shouldn’t even bother with the job unless you’re currently unemployed. If they can’t figure out if they want to hire you after two rounds it’s them not you. What this means is they’re terrible decision makers and that will show up all across how the business is run. Either you will be miserable or they will be going out of business.
